  1. I had my credit card compromised and they used it to create a membership 9months later I found out and I called this truthfinder and I got a FULL REFUND ! No problems at all. The customer service was even very empathetic. I even felt bad for being so rude .

  2. You were lucky to get a refund. I canceled my membership in May, 2023 but they kept on charging my credit card thru February, 2024. When I called to ask for a refund, they they said that I signed back up in June, 2023. This is not true. I did not sign up or use the service after May, 2023, but the rep told me that I was lying and refused to give me a refund from the time that they illegally charged me. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that none were available. I should have cancelled my credit card when I cancelled the service. They should change the name from Truth to Lie.
